Comparing with the Paper 1 of JEE Main, the paper 2 Maths is considerably lower in difficulty , due to the number of question in JEE Paper 2 is more as compared to paper 1.

3D Geometry

Trigonometry

Calculus-Differentiation, Integral calculus, Diff eqns. Area under curve

Statistics

Sequence and Series

Probability(XI AND XII Both)

Matrices and Dets.

Binomial Theorem

Coordinate Geometry.

If you go through these topics in details, it is evident that you will score high.

Practice well for the sums and work out with previous years question papers to get to know the variety of qns asked in the exam. Also use some standard books of mathematics (any 1) including Ncert miscellaneous problem. They help a lot!
