Ofcourse dear. JEE examination conduct for admission in BTech and barch and Bpharm. So JEE means joint entrance examination for Mains and advanced. If you are qualified both then go for IITs. If you qualify only JEE Mains then you can get NITs or any other government or private engineering colleges.

And your score wise you will get rank and go for counselling. You have to choose your favourite colleges through counselling and after getting the result you will get your college for admission.
