Comparatively, B-tech in ECE branch in JIIT is a good option and you should move ahead with it. Because integrated program will take double the time taken by the B-tech program and also many opportunities will be missed by you in between. So, you should complete your B-tech first in order to get placed in some good company and then after having some work experience, if you want to go for some higher studies, you can pursue the same.
