I can't say that jipmer is easy as seats are very limited in jipmer which makes it very difficult. 
Although physics and chemistry sections are quite easy when compared to the level of questions asked in Neet , but its not the same case with biology,  questions of biology in jipmer are a little tougher when we compare it questions asked in biology in neet.

The level of questions asked in JIPMER is actually easier than what asked in NEET. Like the level of difficulty of Physics is a lot less if you take a look at the previous year question papers. So generally the difficulty level of JIPMER is actually less than NEET. But as JIPMER offers admission to only 2 campuses so there is a huge difference in the number of seats offered through both exams which makes it harder to crack JIPMER as the level of intake is quite less.
