Both the exams level is somewhat near by but if we compare then JIPMER is slightly easier as level of the questions is easy as compare to NEET and there is no negative marking as well.

To score good marks in JIPMER speed is very important. To work on time management it is recommended that you solve complete mock test series for your practice and you can also solve timing test.
