Hello,

Almost same because both are engineering exams.KCET is a state level entrance exam whole Comedk is open for all state candidates.These exams are neither easy nor very difficult.You just need to have good basics,speed and accuracy.
Solve previous year question papers to understand the type of question the come in the exam.
Complete NCERTs and then move tp standard books like HC Verma and DC pandey for Physics,, RD Sharma and TMH publications for Mathematics and P Bahadur and RC mukhergee for Chemistry.

Yes, KCET preparation books are good for COMEDK UG . Since KCET ( Karnataka Common Entrance Test ) and COMEDK UGET are both considered for engineering admissions in karnataka , they have similar exam pattern and syllabus .
