No, Loyola College is not Co-ed for B.com, It is offered only to boys. It was initially an only boys college,but gradually they started taking girls in some courses like visual communication courses and french. It is co-ed for all post graduate courses.

Shift 1 is for unprivileged students which is aided by the government, and shift 2 is for everyone and is self aided.
