As the best colleges in India is IIT NIT AND IIIT BITS VIT.
but Manipal is not bad but all above colleges are ahead of this .
But colleges will only provide you platform you have to take benefits from it which you can do in Manipal University also.
So I would suggest you that where ever you will do engineering do it with your full courage and enthusiasm.
