Both the respective courses which you have displayed in your query are one among the good courses inorder to pursue your career but yaah if you compare among both these courses then it will be like CSE. Because if you are really interested in Mass communication then yaah you should definitely go with it , it has a wider scope in abroad but if you wish to be in the safe zone from then I will suggest you to go with the option CSE according to my point of view. So overall go with the option which has the most advantages.
