Hey aspirant

Without a doubt! Math is essential in all aspects of life. And by maths, I don't mean the difficult differentiation and integration of class 11 and 12, but rather elementary level maths up to class 10th. As a fashion professional, knowing fundamentals such as averages, percentages, sums, and so on will help you. The importance is in how quickly and accurately you can perform these functions; it's also a big plus if you can do it mentally and without needing to use a calculator every time.

All the best

Dear student,

This is to inform you that maths is not compulsory for faishon designing, however it is important for designing basically, also for NIFT mathematics isn't compulsory it won't be a problem if you don't have it as a subject but including it in your further study will help you in the future.
