Admission in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, New Delhi in B.Com (//B.Com) (Hons) is done through Delhi University counselling.And the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics/Bussiness Mathematics with 50% aggregate or above.And must have overall 60% aggregate in Hindi/English and any other three subjects as specified.

So, yes candidate must have studied Mathematics.
