B. Tech in Biotechnology 4-year undergraduate course. The eligibility for the course is to qualify 12th with mathematics, physics, chemistry,  biology/biotechnology as a compulsory subject. The course fee various from INR 1,25,000 to 10.50.000 in different institutes. Hope this helps.

Yes Maths is necessary for getting admission in biotechnology.You have to study  maths course in first year because in biotechnology you will need some mathematical tools.Calculus , Probability and Statistics is required in Biotechnology.
