MBA can be pursued after completing B.Tech or B.Sc or any other degree, the degree you have is not much important. In MBA most of the people are from B.Tech background so joining MBA with B.Sc would be the only distinction. With any degree one can get into MBA by qualifying entrance exams like Common Entrance Test (CAT) or any other University entrance exam and should have good percentage in degree and also should clear Interview.
