Yes, MBBS is available in 2020 but not through COMEDK. For MBBS the only entrance exam is NEET.

COMEDK UGET 2020  is an exam conducted by Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for admission to B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch courses.  It is not for MBBS.

The only exam for entrance to MBBS course is through the neet ug examination. So, no the entrance to MBBS is not through comedk.
The application for neet ug is already over, the last date of correction was January 30th. So, if you have not applied for NEET UG this year you will not be able to join MBBS this year, you can only join next year.
