Hello

MCA in a tier 1 institute is a very good choice. Doing a MCA course from institutes like Christ, NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, , JMI, NIM Mumbai is a great opportunity. It will certainly have a great pay scale besides a huge industry to grow with.

BTech on the other hand hugely depends on the course you get. If you get BTech in CSE from tier 2 colleges like

Bits Pilani

Bits Mesra

NSIT Delhi

Anna university

Jadavpur university

even then you have a huge opportunity to grow (but there is a reason why these are tier 2 colleges like faculty, placements, environment and more). It totally depends on your course (in btech), your college (private vs government) and your own focus capacity and will to grow but in MCA from tier one you will be inspired to excel and nurtured to do well.
