There are no chances of getting seat with 51 overall marks for 200 marks.

Yet you can try to go to the councelling because the hpcet 2019 which have to be conducted on June 8th has been cancelled and students have been called for direct councelling.

There may be chances you can get the seat regarding same marks but not sure what department they may place you
