First of all, I must clear your doubt regarding merit order/list and rank which are totally different. Merit list is based on the list of students or candidates with high scores in a particular exam whereas rank states the position out of the candidates who appeared in the particular exam. For example, if suppose 15,000 students appeared in a specific examination and if you secured a rank of 2,500, then it means 2,499 students have got a better score than you and the rest 12,500 have scored less than you. Hope now you understand the difference between the merit order/list and rank, which previously you thought that both are same.

Also, you have appeared in the IPU CET BJMC and you mentioned that your merit order is 341 and you are not sure whether this is your rank or not. No, this is not your rank. This only shows that you scored 341 in the above-mentioned exam and it doesn't mean that your rank is 341. Please check the official website that if you managed to qualify the exam for admission and secured a qualifying rank in the merit list, then you are required to report for the counselling process.
