MHT CET 2019 exam will be conducted in Computer Based Mode and according to the official notification, the difficulty level will be the same as JEE Main.

No,MHT CET paper isn't tough in comparision to JEE MAINS examination,you just need accuracy and time management during examination since duration of exam for each paper only 1hour 30 minute.Syllabus is quite similar with JEE MAINS examination.To score better marks you need accuracy and you can attain it by solving previous papers as much possible.

See any of the entrance exam in the engineering discipline is not hard rather they have same difficulty level but the difference arises in the marking scheme and the timming provided for each question.

So if u are working for JEE MAINS then there is no extra need to work for the MHCET separately. About the difficulty level it needs fast and consistent students. So practice more to get the answers in the min time.
