As per my research in order to become a College Lecturer in Rajasthan Public Service Commission there is NO subject like microbiology { in Botany exam}

but for the safer side you should be having some knowledge of the subject as the pattern might get changed over the period of time.

So Be stress free and work hard for your exam.:)
