Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! Yes almost in all colleges if india ,mobile phones are allowed , not only for agriculture courses but for all courses ,many universities allowed this thing only a few which are most disciplined don't allow the students to use phone . However you can use mobile phone in campus but not in the class it is not right ,when teacher will in front of you ,try to avoid the use of mobile.
