Generally almost all Degree college and hostels, UG and PG colleges and hostels will allow mobile phones but not to be used during class hours.

If students use mobile phone during class hours they may take some actions on studies.

yes phones allowed in Shri Sakhti college salem. Nowadasy in every college mobile phone is allowed, only during exams and lectures you are not entitled or refrained from using phone. Otherwise you can use phone inside college campus other than during lectures and exams.
