MTG publications are handy in exams, because some of their revision series are good for last minute approach. But, the most important part is that, always stick to NCERT, that is your standard reference book. For All India exams, you can't quote MTG as a reference in case of disputes in answers. And yeah there are loads of mistakes in it also.
So, you can use MTG but not blindly....

Actually ncert is better but for practising questions you can refer to mtg.....You can Understand the concepts from ncert and solve the questions from mtg in order to cope up with the level of questions of neet
