MVJ College of Engineering (MVJCE), Bangalore is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. It was established in 1982 as the flagship institution of the Venkatesha Education Society.
