No not at all NCC marks are not acceptable for JEE mains and JEE Advance. Only marks which you will score in these entrance exam are countable.

Hi,

NCC marks are not counted unless it is added as part of your academy by the school. Your eligiblity is based on your marks obtained in board exams.
