Hello student its not fair to compare these two examination with each other as that's may vary student by student. NDA exam is for admission into National Defense Academy and Jee main is for admission into top Engineering college in India. So if you want to pursue your career in defence then you should go with NDA because, the syllabus of both of the examination is almost same which is the syllabus of your class 11 and 12 but once you clear the written examination of NDA you've to go through a medical test which is really tough as the selection ratio is very less.

Hello Kaushlendra Singh Rathore, NDA and JEE Mains are different exam and their exam pattern are different.Questions are asked from different sections in both exam.the level of questions in NDA is quite easy than JEE Main Exam. In NDA questions are asked also from English and General knowledge while in JEE Main there is no such section.There is also interview in NDA.There is also age limit in NDA which is from 16.5 to 19.5 years.
So Both exams for different, someone feel easy in JEE Mains if he has good command in Physics, Chemistry and Maths or may someone feel easy in NDA if he has good commands in Maths, English, General Knowledge.
So,it totally depends on you that which exam is easy and according to that you should fill forms.
