Hey

no NEET is not the exam for nano technology NEET is for MBBS,BDS,BAMS & BHMS (latter two were included recently)

PCM should be your choice of subject in tenth standard .

No Neet is not necessary for that .
Neet is necessary for MBBS,BDS and BAMS only .
U can choose PCB only after 10th standard .
And u can definitely go to nanotechnology.
