Kindly mention the particular college name that you need to get admission. The colleges that offer Bachelor of Physiotherapy course conduct their own institute specific entrance tests. There is no Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) specific all India entrance exam.

no NEET is not required to admission in the course BPT , many of the universities and colleges may conduct their own entrance exam to provide the admission in the same course, but some state like maharashtra state do consider NEET marks for the admission of BPT however the basic eligibility criteria to get admission is candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognised board with the subjects having physics, chemistry , biology and english with an aggregate of 50 percent marks .
