Hey Aspirant,
There is official announcement done by NTA since the time about conducting NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) twice in a year.
Most probably there should be a notification about it in the month of July or August.

As it is a great move to give a chance to students to improve themselves, since only the best out of the two would be considered final. But there is a negative point, that is the mess due to multiple papers as seen in JEE Mains 2019. But can't say anything surely.
All the Best!

NTA is the exam conducting authority of NEET and it hasnt released any such official notification regarding NEET being conducted twice every yesr. Unless there is any official notigication regarding the same, it can be concluded that NEET will be conducted only once in a year.
