We cannot compare an entrance examination with an another entrance examination. NEET has Biology and JEE Mains and Advanced has Mathematics which are totally different from each other.
The common subjects are Physics and Chemistry. If we compare these subjects, then questions are more difficult in JEE Mains and Advanced than NEET in these sections. However, one can ace perfection with practice.
