Hello aspirant

As per the latest guidelines of medical council of India (MCI)neet is necessary only if you want admission in bvsv through 15 %all India quota .

Since you want to study abroad you are under no compulsion to give neet for this year however if you are planning to go some years back guidelines might change.

Also if you want to study MBBS then you will have to give neet whether in India or in any other country.

Hello aspirant As I have already mentioned that neet is not necessary according to this year's guidelines of MCI but if you want to go later (maybe after one year or so) guidelines might change.Thanks
