Veterinary Council of India (VCI) is the regulatory authority of AIPVT which grants admission to 449 backelors in the seats offered by around 41 government veterinary colleges across India. AIPVT counselling is conducted for filling the 15% All India Quota seats reserved in all government colleges. The admission to  rest of the 85% State Quota seats are done by the respective state counselling authorities. The counselling is based on your All Indian Rank in the NEET exam. Cut off is not yet clear but if you want a seat in Government College and since there are only 15% seats you need to have a very good score.
