NEET and NEXT are completely two different things. Though they both are for medical courses , NEET Ug is for graduation degree where students can get into colleges offering MBBS,BDS,AYUSH seats . The upper age limit as been removed recently and candidates can appear any number of times .



NEET Pg was the entrance test for post-graduation where you can get MD degree after doing specialisation. Recently an amendment has been made which states that students can get Pg degree seats on the basis of their final year marks of MBBS, without giving NEET Pg exam . However for studying in PG AIIMS a separate exam needs to be cleared.
