It totally depends in which college/institute you are seeking admission. This is because some institutes prefer taking their own entrance examination or providing admission based on NEET scores and some do accept class 12 scores for admission into the course. Institutes like PGIMER conducts its own entrance exam for admission into the BPT program. Institutes like Punjabi University and as such accepts marks on last qualifying examination. HIMSR, New Delhi accepts NEET score. So, it vary highly with the institute as each college follows a different pattern for admission.
