No for NEET UG admissions only PCB aggregate should be 50% if you belongs to General category/EWS and you should be just pass in English subject in 10+2.

For your reference NEET UG eligibility criteria is given below :

** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board .

** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.

** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.

** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.
