If any question is incorrectly framed or the answers are mutiple or wrong, the council generally offers bonus marks. These marks are given to all irrrespective of whether they attempted or not, did it right or wrong.

The news regarding the bonus is genuine. But it is only applicable to those candidates who attented the questions. Otherwise you cannot claim that bonus score.
