Ravi, NIOS is the third largest board after CBSE & ICSE. It is under the Ministry of HRD and thus it is a recognised board.if you have completed your class 12 board from the NIOS , then you are eligible to appear for any exam like jee, PMT or any other government job. So yes you can get admission in any college in india
