In Haryana state counseling admissions are given on the basis of jee main score and class 12th aggregate. There are many engineering Colleges that take admission based on haryana state counseling. 85% seats are reserved for Haryana candidate while 15% seats are available for candidates of other state but as long as NITs are concerned you can inly get admission in NITs from JOSAA counseling and not the state counseling of any state. Some colleges in which you can get admission from Haryana state counseling are,

Lingaya's University, Faridabad
The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani
Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar
University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra
YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad
