The documents required for NEET 2021 application form are:

• Class 10 passing certificate (The candidate should scan his/her Class X Passing Certificate for uploading )
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate )
• PwBD certificate (Certificate obtained by the list of centres mentioned in the brochure )
• Citizenship certificate(Citizenship/Embassy certificate or any documentary proof of citizenship in PDF format )

You need to have this documents based on your status of category and other factors. Thus there is no need of non-creamy layer certificate, if you are under EWS you can go for it.
