Hello aspirant...
You can study Nootan ISC chemistry for 12 th board .There is no problem.For neet also you can read it thoroughly you can solve physical questions from it , organic also.For inorganic chemistry it is advisable to read NCERT line by line because question asked in neet fully based on NCERT.For practice organic chemistry you can study other books also like Book of organic chemistry by MS Chauhan for NEET Balaji publication.
