Generally, Nootan is considered best book when one starts preparing for the entrance exams. The concepts are well explained there and thus it becomes easy for the student to learn and understand them.

Although there are other books as well like Loni, HC Verma etc to solve and learn the concept.

Being an isc student myself nootans physics and chemistry books are not enough for competitive exams.  The books are honestly very good and important for your board exam and in my opinion it helps to clear a lot of concepts but it is not enough. You have to and you must study ncert. Try to do a referral study. See which concept is better written in which books and easy for you to understand.
Also refer to books like H.C verma, it is another great book for clearing of concepts and d.c pandey for solving of mcqs for physics if possible try to study Problems in general physics by i.e irodov

For physics refer Concise Inorganic Chemistry by j.d lee
Numerical chemistry by pratesh bahadur. Try to understand the mechanisms in organic chemistry.

Regular solving of mcqs is a must
Time bound practice is a must
Revise the chapters when you get time and try to go through the concepts again and again
Above all stay healthy
No amount of preparation is enough, the more the better.
Get a good rank and i hope you get into top nits and iits
