Hi Rohit Rouniyar

Still it is not very clear that NTA will conduct NEET 2018 or start it from NEET 2019, but it is clear that NTA is going to conduct NEET in future.

It would not going to harm or  affect students in anyway. It is happening for rectifying the system and to conduct a clean and clear exam in an easy way.

Keep working hard and study a lot. whosoever will conduct NEET, if you study well and score accordingly, you will be selected.

All the Best.

Although the union cabinet has given a green signal for the formation of National Testing Agency (NTA), which is supposed to act as the sole authority for conducting national level entrance examinations in various disciplines, it is to be understood that the concerned authorities will take sometime to get fully functional. Since, the applications for NEET-UG will be out in the mid of December 2017 or by January 2018, they do not have even a month's time to act on such a huge responsibility.
Keeping that in mind, the NEET-UG entrance examination for the year 2018 might most likely be conducted by CBSE itself, while NTA might come into force from 2019 onwards.
