Yes NEET UG have released the answer key.You can login to neet website https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/online/CandidateLogin.aspx to check your answers.You can also challange answers if you find them wrong

Dear Sir / Ma'm,  the official answer key for the NEET UG 2020 will be tentatively released in the fourth week of May. However, till now there has been no such news of the official answer key being released by the NTA. As soon as it gets released, we would definitely revert back to you.
