Hi Yaseen, no the score is different and percentile is different. Sometimes, both may come sane, but the concept in it is not same. NTA score is the score you have obtained out of the total marks/score based on the correct and wrong answers. Whereas percentile is nothing but, number of students who have scored less than you. Say, for example, if your percentile is 80 then around 80 of the total number of students have scored less than your score.
