Dear aspirant,

Your obc certificate is valid upto 1 year. As you said your certificate is dated in December 2020 so its valid till 31st of March 2021 . You need to make a new certificate for the current year.

For neet pg you need to make a new obc certificate for the financial year 2021-2022 which means you need to issue your obc certificate after 1st April 2021.

Also make sure your obc certificate is signed by authority not less than district magistrate or sub divisional magistrate , sub divisional officer, revenue officer.
