It is not possible to crack EAMCET in one month if you do not have at least basic familiarity with the syllabus, however, if you are familiar with at least 50-60% of the syllabus then you can get a rank you desire by following these steps :-

Make a schedule timetable and follow it religiously for the one month.

Identtify your strong and weak areas.

Work hard on your strong areas.

Solve previous year question papers, first in the time limit and then try to solve the complete paper. Repeat this every day.

Find your strong areas every day and your weak areas and silly mistakes. Improve upon them all
