You cannot join a college for cyber security course rather you can go for Online courses from udemy or coursera or udacity or LinkedIn learning etc.

Eligibility criteria for UG Cyber Security Course: For admission to the undergraduate degree programmes in Cyber Security, candidates should be a 10+2 pass out in science stream from a recoganised board.

Hope you are doing great. No you can do cyber security course if you from the commerce stream because for opting for the course one should be definitely from the sciences stream. And the Basic eligibility is the 10+2 from a recognized board  and  minimum score of 50% aggregate in their 10+2 is compulsory and should be PCM. For most the UG on Cyber stream is done on the basis of merit and even it sometimes depend on the Institute you opt for.
