Usually NCERT covers all the necessary topics of the exam and is also consider as the best book to study for NEET but reading NCERT alone would not help you much as the content in NCERT is very limited to understand it completely you need to go though some reference book, that will help you in understanding the concepts better moreover try to solve previous year question papers to measure your preparation and it will also help you with time management.
