Yes, they are eligible  to take admission in IIT  in any branch  by fulfilling basic eligibility criteria (JEE  exam ) and In every IIT, 3% of the seats are reserved for Persons with Disability (PWD) for all the branches and specialization to encourage one to study his/her field of interest.
