It is not necessary for those with Indian nationality. PIO card will be mandatory for those who are having their nationality as person of Indian origin.

So only those with PIO nationality will have to submit PIO form not everyone.

Hi Sahil,

JEE advace application form will start on 3rd may onward till to 9th may 2019. To qualify for JEE advance your rank should be in 245000 for this year. Also the last payment date for application is on 10th may and exam is going to be on 27th may 2019.

And if we see the document section for application form for JEE  advance exam committee have made statement for foreign candidate and also released rules and regulations. PIO (person of india origin) or OCI option were given in the form to fillup.
