hey dear, the faculty in pondicherry engineering college is much diversified.unlike new colleges,that have only new M .tech grades as HOD's ,each dept. has good count of professor and Assoc professor who did cmpleted their phd from reputed institutions.The infrastructure is very good over there and atmosphere is also good.

EAMCET is an exam not a college and NITS are far better than Pondicherry engineering colleges as nits are college of national pride and has far better placement records as compared to PEC . In india after IITS nits are given most importance.

I would say Pondicherry engineering college is equally good compared to NITs or Eamcet.

As of this year (2019), 51 companies visited our college, and there were 373 offers for 314 students. The highest package offered was 10 Lacs per annum, and the average CTC was 4 Lacs per annum. IT product-based companies offered 13% placements, IT service-based companies offered 29% placements, core companies offered 32% placements, consulting companies offered 16% placements, sales and marketing companies offered 5% placements. The banking sector has also offered placements.

Dear student, Pondicherry engineering college is not better than many of the NIT and EAMCET colleges. There are NITs that complete with even IITs. Pondicherry engineering colleges is however a good college for pursuing computer science branch and Electronics branch. It has some of the good placement opportunities for the students.
